Porcelain miniature spring flowers

Day 1 Porcelain herbarium tableware set
Life is often so fast-paced that we fly through our days, weeks, months and even years without a moment to pause or take a breath. Flowers remind us to live in the moment; they are temporary. By embracing them in our everyday lives we get to enjoy the beauty of their transience. And by imprinting them into delicate porcelain in this herbarium tableware set, they will last forever, reminding us of their beauty. On the first day you will learn how to make your own tableware with porcelain by using different techniques. You’ll be encouraged to use your creativity and make pieces in your own style! I’ll also teach you how to make botanical imprints and colour them with ceramic pigments.

Day 2 Porcelain wall hangings with floral imprints and modelled flowers
Inspired by the world of flowers, you will learn how to capture their beauty by making a combination of different floral wall hangings in porcelain. These porcelain flowers will never wither and will surely add joy during the less flowering seasons! On this second day, I’ll teach you different techniques such as working with plates, imprint techniques and modelling small porcelain flowers.
